Pangasinan’s Pista’y Dayat Festival (Sea Festival) is a yearly celebration as a thanksgiving festival for the bountiful harvest and abundant fishing from the sea in the Province of Pangasinan.
It is a two weeks celebration with full of fun and exciting events like; Panag-arte-la Art Exhibit, Pangasinan Tourism & Agri-Trade Expo, Paboksing ed Golpo, Beach Volleyball, Sand Sculpting Competition, Boat Painting competition, Banca Parada, and Pageant Night (Limgas na Pangasinan).
BOAT PAINTING CONTEST was also one of the highlights in celebrating the Pistay Dayat Festival 2019. For the ART LOVER, it is an exciting Activities. There twenty (20) boat-replicas for the contest. Each boat-replica will be allotted to the participants who will be working together as a team. This year, Boat Painting Contest theme was: “Dayat Mi, Bilay tan Aro Mi”.
