Things You Should Know Before Going to Hundred Islands National Park

The Local Governments of Alaminos City is very much concern with your enjoyment, safety & peaceful visit at the Hundred Islands National Park (HINP)

Here are some guidelines for you to remember:

  • Upon Arrival at the Lucap Warf
    1. Approach the Tourism Information Center for your registration (tourist manifesto). Pay entrance fee and parking fee. Please secure your official receipt for inspection in the islands.
    2. Present your official receipt to the Boat Dispatcher, who will assign motorboat for your proper journey to the island of your choice.
    3. Upon boarding the motorboat, please wear the life vest provided in the boat for your safety.
  • Upon Arrival at the Islands (for Quezon Island, Children’s Island, and Governor’s Islands or Develop Islands)
    1. Inform your boatman / boat operator of what time you will be fetched. (In some instances, the boatman will wait for you.)
    2. Kindly approach the Tourism Staff assigned in the island to help you on your needs, e.g. picnic tables, picnic area, grilling stations, restrooms, etc.
    3. Please safeguard your valuables. HIMP-Management is not responsible for your lost or damaged of your property.
  • Upon Arrival at the Virgin Island or Undeveloped Islands
    1. Inform your boatman / boat operator of what time you will be fetched. (In some instances, the boatman will wait for you).
    2. Prepare your plastic bags for your garbage. Please keep the island sanitary during & after your stay in the island.
    3. Kindly give your plastic bags (collected garbage) to the boatman before leaving the island. The boatman will bring back garbage to the wharf for proper disposal.
    4. Please safeguard your valuables. HIMP-Management is not responsible for your lost or damaged of your property.
  • The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
    1. Throwing of garbage anywhere in the island except on garbage bins/bags situated on designated areas.
    2. Eating in the sand portion of the island and in the water.
    3. Burning of garbage and waste materials.
    4. Poaching / Collecting corals, shells, marine life, sand and bonsai.
    5. Bird or Fruit Bats hunting and disturbing their habitats.
    6. Fishing of any form around the islands except on designated fishing zones.
    7. Setting up of tents during day time (6 AM – 5 PM) in the sand portion of developed islands is not allowed.
