Pindang Festival of Mangaldan 2014

Mangaldan Pangasinan has long been known as producer of the best-tasting Pindang (the thin slices of dried and cured carabao meat). Pindang is the town’s “One-Town,One-Product. There are 68 meat stalls selling pindang in the market of Mangaldan.

The Pindang festival is one of the features of the town fiesta on March 1 to 10.
The Festival is intended to honor the town’s meat vendors and those involved in pindang making as well.
